In December 2009, Julie founded Intoto International Ltd, a business development agency dedicated to creating opportunities, building strategic partnerships and helping businesses realise their growth ambitions. The name comes from the Latin in toto, meaning “in its entirety”, and reflects Julie’s holistic approach: seeing the bigger picture, recognising potential and connecting the right people, brands and opportunities to deliver meaningful results.
Julie’s career in retail began at the age of 14, and it taught her early on that success comes down to exceptional customer service, high standards and a determination to get the job done. She went on to manage several House of Fraser stores before moving to Dubai in 2006, where she served as COO of a small French conglomerate.
When the financial crisis of 2008 hit, Julie saw a gap in the market and decided to fill it.
